Can you donate a plant or a shrub to make a difference?

Please help us make an outstanding display in Lower Edmonton, Enfield, London.

I am supporting a resident led community project which is trying to improve the environment in a very deprived area. The residents have permission to plant a large raised flower bed on the pavement. The flowerbed has just been dug over and is lying bear and drying out fast! It is south facing, so we need plants that thrive in sun, some evergreen shrubs and grasses would be good too.
If you are local and want to get involved in the planting please let me know. We can pick plants up from your doorstep, if this is easier for you. Just pm me for details

I really wish I was closer. I had about thirty odd plants to donate last year and tried to give them to a couple of similar schemes round here but they didn't know where to plant them so I ended up giving them away

If you know anyone in the Manchester area who's driving down to London then let me know because I've still got a few shrubs which can go.

 

Is there anything you especially need/want?

 

Can we just send you a couple of quid and you by something local? I'd be up for that.
