It's all coming to fruition now...gone for a red theme with bits of yellow this year...a "Hot" look...i hope it turns out good!

Hi all, this is our little Rose garden.

Please excuse the look at the moment, we are currently trying to remove a 10 yr plus old willow which was being used as ground cover but decided to take over the world.

Unfortunately we have lost quite a bit of the Aubrieta which looked fantastic this year, but, we have got replacements for it plus some Alyssum Saxatile and Cerastium Tomentosum.



Hopefully it will be finished this week and then next week we can gravel it over

 

What's the name of the red rose Anthony?

 

Hi Sheal,

We're not sure but we think it's "Fragrant Cloud". It has the most gorgeous scent of any Rose, opens deep red and fades lighter.

There's a better pic of it on this thread, on last Sunday at 5:22pm, the post starting with the Campanulas. It's the Rose titled unknown red Rose.

This combo of Bergamot, lysmachia and heuchera is looking good IMO.
