:help:Hi all, as you know Rosa is on TV (Tyne Tees) this Friday and she desperately wants to have a copy of this. I only have VHS recorders and nothing to convert from this to disc - so as able to show on here etc.

Does anyone have any ideas on how we can do this please? My old videa camera is VHS too so I can't see any way I can help. Apparently, TTTV can't supply Rosa with a copy of the episode.

I just can't think of any other way of getting this on disc:scratch: Come on you clever peeps how can we do it?

    cheers (from me & Rosa)

Must be someone on the forum in the TTTV area who can recieve and record onto disk or HDD recorder and then post it on U tube for the world to see. I can sometimes recieve Tyne Tees in York, but it is only sometimes,, so I cannot guarantee I can do it.

don't give up yet Rosa, I'm sure there will be some way for us all to see you. I had a look in Asda today and only saw one dvd recorder which was £100, so sorry couldn't afford that:(. I'm going to some relatives tomorrow and I'll ask them if they know anyone with a recorder.

    cheers

Rosa, go back to TTTV and beg a copy of the programme. Last year OH and I were on Southern (the Beeb though!), with his Kiwi brother and we got a copy of it sent to us, complimentary. Resort to tears if you have to!

This is far from an ideal solution, but it might be possible to film it using the video camera feature of a decent mobile phone. The resulting pic/sound quality would not be great, but it might be an option. Like I say though, its far from an ideal solution.

Hi Golfer,do you think it would be better if you put your contact details in a PM or email to Rosa rather than put them on the Forum for the world to see.You don't know what sort of people are lurking on the Forums.
