    OK, for Outlook.com, the process is:

    Open your outlook.com > next to your name at top right, click the Gear icon > click More Mail Settings > under Preventing Junk Mail, click Safe and Blocked senders, then add [email protected] to the Safe Senders list; that should prevent GC mail being treated as spam/junk

      OK I am coming in late here |I know, but why on earth don't you bookmark the GC page Rosebay..? If you have requested to get replies in your profile on here, they should then go to email no problem and not spam .. If they are going into your spam folder move them into your inbox.. You should then get a window pop up where it says.. "Not spam"so should go into your email and it should just bung them into your inbox..I think maybe look at your email settings Rosebay...

        When GC posts arrive in my junk section (as they always do) then, of course, I move them to my inbox. Since woo experienced this problem, then I thought I would mention that I have always had this occurring to me, i.e. I just saw it as an opportunity to get the matter sorted. That's all...it's no big deal and I am not that bothered. (The prolonged lagging was a much bigger issue which, thankfully, is now rectified).

        I have now carried out fat controller's instructions in his post above although (slightly worrying) that was before your post and I didn't get notification of it .... even in my junk section.
