  1. We have been growing chillies on an increasingly large scale since 2003. The chilli farm has expanded greatly since it's humble beginnings - we now grow over 10,000 chilli plants each year and harvest tonnes of fresh chillies. We use most of our chillies in our range of chilli sauces, preserves and chilli chocolate. We now have 10 staff members with us and we have just (2011) opened our new chilli-theme farmshop and cafe.
Our farm, shop and cafe are open for visitors all year. Please come along and wander among the fruiting chilli plants, sample all of the sauces, preserves and chocolate made on the farm and take away fresh chillies, chilli seedlings, plants and seeds (during the growing season). With our new cafe, you can also enjoy the great views at the farm while enjoying a meal.

We are open from 10-4.30pm seven days a week. Please telephone to check weekend opening hours during January and February. In our new onsite shop you can buy: our delicious chilli products and chilli-growing equipment (all year round); our fresh chillies (from July to November); our dried or smoked chillies (from July to December) and our plants (from May to October). Our new cafe has plenty of spicey treats, but caters for all tastes (menus).

You may also see our chilli products for sale in farm shops and delicatessens near you. We supply to many local outlets in the West Country and we have also extended our distribution to many other shops nationwide. Please let us know if you have a farm shop or deli near to you that would appreciate our unique chilli products.

Our growth as a company has been well documented in the media with numerous features in national newspapers as well as TV appearances on BBC Gardeners World, BBC Country File, ITV, West Country TV and UKTV Food. We are also recommended by Jamie Oliver as a supplier of chillies. Jamie says, "As you know I am a Chilli freak and these guys grow the best in the country". Tom Parker-Bowles, food writer and confirmed chilli lover has also recommended our products in his regular Sunday Mail Column.

Please browse around our site and learn more about us, we hope you'll find it rewarding.
