chop into eatable pieces and freeze it - cook from frozen - still just as tasty as fresh picked when steamed - makes good healthy eating soup...
yep basil - chop - freeze quick on a flat tray - then stick in zip seal bag - use results crumbled into winter cooking - my favourite is crumbled...
