Hi I bought this plant on the top right side of the photo from pound shop, the packaging said it was a rose plant. The plant is not a rose plant, does any one know what it is? Thank you!

Yup, I agree with the others... both plants next to the fence look like roses. Top right is possibly a hybrid tea - with lovely healthy foliage. Bottom right looks like a rugosa type of rose?

(Various tomato plants to the left, in the front of the border....)

That looks a very healthy plant for £1. I would say that was a bargain. I once bought a bare root climbing rose for £2. Sadly it didn't take but it may not have planted been in a sunny enough site.

Many thanks for all your replies. Yes, it is a healthy plant. The leaves grow very close together and it doesn't look like any other rose plant I have seen. There are no buds or flowers yet. Thank you for all your advice. l'll wait and see... The rose plant next to it has produced plenty of flowers, was bought as a bear root (from another shop) and planted at the same time. All the other plants in the picture are tomatoes.
