      well I know off 3 people in work all who back on to a railway line and and all have it invading from the embankment into the gardens , and have moaned and groaned and nothing has been done

      At first reading it doesn't appear to cover the likes of Railtrack, only ordinary householders.

                    No, someone reported on here that they'd seen it off with saturating with Roundup, and then pouring what was left down the hollow stems.
