Hi Everyone.Just to let you all know I am going to have to take a break from GC for a short time as I have been suffering with Sciatica since Friday and it is getting worse.I cannot even get dressed properly without being in a lot of pain.
I am having to try and do this kneeling down.
Hope you can all bare with me and I will try to get back to you all very soon.

Best wishes to the Sugar Babes and Sugar Daddy and to everyone who has given me their frienship over the weeks.

I will try to catch up with you all when I can.

Poor you, Kandy. T'other half suffered with that for a few years so I have an idea of what you're going through. Take good care of yourself. We won't forget you!

Kandy I hope the pain settles quickly. They are right you know, keep moving as much as you can - but also if you haven't already, go see an expert to get the right movements to help.

Many thanks for all your warm wishes and kind words.
I am still in a lot of discomfort,but I am trying to keep moving apart from sitting here.

MF.I have used a Chiropractor in the past,in Northampton and I was most impressed with him.He had been reccomended by a fellow back sufferer

I think I have been sitting in the wrong position and putting all my weight on to the right side,as I normally suffer with the problem on the left side.

Anyway thanks once again for your friendship,and it is a pleasure to know you all on this fantastic site.
