Absolute novice

Hello everyone
Total novice here
I've joined a local volunteering group
Who have acquired a allotment
Last year we managed to clean it up
And this year
We hoping to plant a few veg
So hoping to get involved in the forum
With plenty of advice needed

Welcome to the forum @Bashful ! You are really fortunate to get an allotment. They do have them here in Canada too but they are puny little things. Only about 2 meters x 8 meters. I was gobsmacked when I saw the size of the ones over there

@Sheal is correct that there's lots of people knowledgeable in everything about gardening. And probably for your growing conditions too.

Oh, just thought, it might be a good idea to go into your profile and add your general location so people can tailor they suggestions to suit your conditions.
