Not been here much for a while. Have been lurking and reading but not to much posting.

Reason being we moved 12 months ago to a bungalow way out in the sticks with 3/4 of an acre of garden. It took me several months to renovate the bungalow and this year since spring it's been the garden which has had a complete overhaul .
In short the garden has become an addiction :snork: Is there a cure ????

I've rebuilt the walls re laid the lawn areas and now I'm in what we call the growing area which is sectioned off. A vegetable garden if you like. I've put up a new greenhouse in which we are growing tomatoes peppers cucumbers and a few other things. Also constructed out of sleepers some raised beds in which salad stuff Moge tout onions brand beans and so one are doing well...

In the ground I have potatoes and runner beans.

There are numerous fruit trees which are well established and I cut back and pruned late last year. There are Apples Pears Damsons Red plums Yellow plums and cooking apples. All are doing well !!

So there you are I'm hooked and completely addicted to this gardening caper.

I'm fully retired now which was forced upon me as my wife hasn't been well which is why we moved to a bungalow. I wonder now how I ever had time to go to work
    !
Tomorrow is hedge cutting. I need my fix :blue thumb:

Yep! You're definitely hooked Charlie and if you haven't already worked it out, housework, diy and shopping are done on days of precipitation so that dry days aren't wasted stuck indoors.
