advice about a jostaberry bush plz

hi,i bought a jostaberry bush last may not knowing anything about them:o goose/blackberry i think he said it would be which took my ohs fancy so we took it,its now about 2ft tall and we had some gooseberry coloured fruit on 1 branch only this yr....searching the net for info i read they can grow 8ft :gaagh: so i definately need to relocate it if that info is true :(


so i was hoping some1 could tell when the best time of yr to move it would be plz

Never heard of it ,but, if it`s similar to a gooseberry ,they take a couple of years to produce.
Also my gooseberry had loads of fruit last year,but none at all this,speaking to a friend he had a poor crop also from well established bushes
