    Our daughter just phoned from a Manchester Poundland to tell us that all gardening stuff reduced to 25p, hopefully wiĺl be national.

        If anybody's heading off to Poundland in search of bargains, don't forget their Onion Storage Bags @ £1 are much cheaper than the £4 plus that Lakeland, Amazon, etc. charge, and they are identical to Potato Storage Bags and can be used for both Lakeland Onion Preserving Bag - 28 x 39cm

        And at this time of year I'm always using their clear plastic microwavable pots, approx. 4" dia. X 3" high for fermenting tomato seeds and other seed saving, packs of 8 for £1 and I use each one a few times a year for a few years before renewing, works out at 1p per use.
