allotment progress

    Here is a picture of our new allotment before we started strimming this morning. About 3\4 is now cleared- it is a massive plot. The rest will get done tomorrow morning (muscle strains permitting) and then we need to contact the nice local farmer and get him to come and rotatvate it!

    I think we would be unable to walk for a week- my muscles are starting to ache already!

    Good luck with those Docks mate - I think you'll need it.
    I got my allotement two years ago and had a similar nightmare. I just worked at it bit by bit, stops you becoming weary of it before you have even planted on it.
