An Algarve Garden - 2022

New bench in The Courtyard. Now we are thinking of a cantilever umbrella which would be attached to the edge of the granite/wall behind the chiminea. It will be nice when all the trellis can be attached and plants are growing on it (hopefully Campsis radicans and Petrea volubilis). The a/c condenser will be boxed to the left of the bench.

Vicky Cy is looking even better as the days pass,..its a beauty,..well done on the further improvements,..just stunning.

Thank you Balc. We are really chuffed with them. T'other Half did another box this morning (half square meter) and will take a break from it tomorrow and prepare for window man arriving Monday.

And my new Pink Brugmansia at just over five months old from rooting appears to have a new bud ...

 

@Victoria It's a huge improvement on a bare wall! Adds no end of character to the place!

 

Thank you Balc, but we will be so pleased when The Baffa/Garden Room is finished. After months, this is still how it looks today and our furniture is at our friend's farm.

 

@pete C'mon .... you really don't like this, do you? Do you remember the earlier pictures this year when it was a room? To be honest, I think T'other Half has secretly moved the contents of the shed into here. I wonder what is in the shed now.

 

Oh the room, yeah a total mess, I was looking at the oranges through the hole in the wall.

 

Oh, I thought you were looking at the Sagres (beer) on the floor ... and the fridge was probably too full to put it in. Window Man apparently arrives at 8.30am tomorrow.

 

Windows in, only took 90 minutes! A/c man contacted. We will soon have our Baffa/Garden Room back.
