                  My mates squatted a house once, it was opposite the council offices, it had always been empty ever since I was a kid, but the gardens were always maintained, nice cottage garden style.

                  When I visited them & saw the inside for the first time, something wasn't right. It was immaculate, someone had been cleaning it regularly, but the carpets were all office type, not the sort of thing you'd have in a house.

                  The kitchen was perfect but the odd thing there was that it had a garage door opening straight into it.

                  They were evicted almost immediatly, it didn't dawn on us till later that it wasn't a house, but the cover for the council's nuclear fallout bunker.
