Another interesting garden guest

does anyone know what this is?

 

Not sure Yvonne but could it be the African blue basil - I may be well off the mark but the leaves are similar in colour and I can see some blue flowers in your pic.

 

Thanks Annie, just looked at that the leaves seems much smaller on your suggestion. The larger leaves with holes in are as large as your hand and the blue flowers fell off the Borage next to it. I bought a box of mixed seed sprinkle which were just colour coded so I'm getting a few surprise plants popping up.

 

Hi again, my strange plant has flowered now, anyone got any ideas?

I believe you can eat the seeds . . .
