    Assuming this is in the wild I would say wild parsley, wild parsnip or hemlock....

    Fool's Water-Cress - Apium nodiflorum. Common in and around ditches. t least it looks like it me - is it fairly prostrate, and perhaps rooting at nodes?

      I'm trying to find out what plants are in the ditch as i have to keep it clear because of flooding, so i want to know what to keep of the wildlife and what to get rid of :dbgrtmb:
