    Hi there,

    Could someone help identify this plant?

    It grows a lot near our rocky beach in the most unhospitable places - here it's growing in heavy, concrete clay beneath a conifer hedge and seems happy.

          Ah yes thank you, yes I think it's that malva sylvestris.
          I do rather like it - it's just arrived by itself.
