image.jpg Hi guys! I have an awful confession to make (although strictly speaking it's my OH's fault!) salt water was emptied onto my raised beds a couple of weeks ago! Arrrggghh I hear you cry! Luckily all seems well apart from this one shrub....I have no idea what it is and will be amazed if anyone can tell from the pics I took....a few of the leaves are a bit green still but I don't know if that's because it is picking up or still dying off! They seem flexible and not brittle like some of the leaves... advice (and no doubt scorn) accepted!

Oops! Not a good mistake to make, but we've all had mishaps. Did you give the ground a good soaking afterwards to help flush the salt out? In fact it's still worth doing that now, there is a chance it might recover but it will take some while.

Do you know what colour the flowers are? I'm guessing at a Weigela. :)
