Solved Anyone know these weeds?

    They have massive long deep roots, managed to pull one out that was 75cm long and they usually go straight down.

    Its been very hard work digging all over my plot to get these out, if I dont properly dig them out then they grow back like in the picture in a matter of weeks. Would be nice to know what they are. Thanks

    Hi @Carllennon it is a real pest it is Potentilla reptans, known as the creeping cinquefoil :gaah:
