Hi all just been down the allotment and my bell peppers are starting to flower but I’m not sure what size the plant should be and if it’s flowering to early the plant is about 12” high and is currently in a 5” pot with the roots only just starting to show through the bottom is the flowering, hight etc normal
    Thanks all

Well, personally I'd pinch off the first flowers, as they tend to concentrate on that fruit and stop growing for a while.
But it's up to you, there will be lots more flowers to come and often you need to thin as they set lots of fruit which ends up quite small if you dont.

I'd not repot until they need it, the root systems are not massive.
