Hi everyone, this may be a longshot, but I'm currently repairing a Commodore B17. There's no spark. Having checked the ignition unit, it looks immaculate although I know it could be at fault. Before I spend upwards of £40, was wondering does anyone know how many magnets are in the flywheel? It looks like 2 to me. If so, having checked them, one is powerful, the other has no strength at all which could hopefully be the fault (as a flywheel is a lot cheaper than new ignition unit. Thanks. Kev.
