    Hi All,

I have two of them and just used what I had during lockdown (I think it was used MPC, and a little sand and grit) and they're not doing well at all. They flowered but got straggly and yellow so I trimmed them back, now they are yellowing again! Some sites online recommend a 50/50 mix of JI No2/grit, some recommend a 50/50 mix of MPC/grit, which is best, do you think? Really don't want to lose these as Orange Tip butterflies and bee-flies love them!

    Thanks,

    Nick

Either works for me. Add a little lime to whichever you use, it does help them as they come from limestone rocks.

Thanks @Palustris! :) Good to know either works as I don't have any JI2 in ATM. Appreciate the tip regarding lime too, I think I've got some of that somewhere in my outhouse.
