Here's a bit of seasonal fun. Harder than it looks actually.

As a professional gardener I should know all these, rather embarrassingly I only got 8 out of 10.

7/10.....Strangely I've been working on my tree identification this year so I'm happy with that.

I got 10/10, but only went for Elm because of reading the above, and didn't know another one although I knew it wasn't either of the alternatives.

And I reckon the picture at the beginning could be St. Jame's Park, London.

P.S. If anybody clicks on that link using a phone, it may just display a picture and not the rest of the page it's on, as that's what it did to me before swopping to tablet.

Well I am the bottom of the GC class ! Only got 5/10 . Seeing if you just wildly guess you would get 3/10 . Must do my homework in 2016 :blue thumb:
The Natural History Museum had an excellent program on its pages to identify tree types . I can't locate it at this early hour before work . But they do have a mobile app.

Ditto 6/10 and likewise I got Beech wrong too despite having a colossal Beech tree which is well over 100 years and a Beech hedge of large proportion alto not quite the size of your hedge @JWK . Must be a bad photo:)...do I hear mutterings of bad workmen blaming etc?!
