I want to plant up some pots for autumn and winter interest and I've got a Gaultheria to plant in one of them, which requires ericaceous compost .
Will the ericaceous compost be all right for other things in the pot, such as Cineraria, Cyclamen coum, Narcissus bulbs, Ajuga etc ...
or should I not plant the Gaultheria with these other things ?

This is my wife's winter basket. gaultheria, heather and ivy, and we just use ordinary compost and it seems to work for us.

My wife potted it up last autumn so it's overwintered well and putting on new growth and flowering now, hope you get the same.
