    Hi folks,

Have just purchased a little azalea plant, can I use general purpose potting compost or must I use Ericaceous Compost????

Although we have chalky soil, We have applied compost etc, for the last 40 years and the soil is in good organic condition, can I grow the azalea straight in the soil????:help:

    Many thanks, Steve:gnthb:

Well I do Steve and they seem fine. I only use ericaceous if I put them into pots.
