    Hi,

I put my basil plants out into the garden in their pots a week ago. I live in Manchester, UK, and weve had a little heatwave the past few days. I water them daily but they are starting to tinge yellow, am I doing something wrong?

They might have outgrown their pots. Have you tried feeding them?

I'm not sure but I think there are different types of basil, some are tougher than others.

The really tender ones are best kept under glass I think.

Not really, just water. I will give them a feed and bring them back inside.
