Beaulieu - A Review (VERY picture heavy!)

I haven't managed to get through the photos for this visit yet, so will add them at a later stage, along with the write up. For now, I thought you might like to see footage of the vintage vehicle parade which is a new thing at Beaulieu this year (hope it continues into future years too!)

 

Apologies it has taken so long to get back to this! Things have been somewhat hectic.

Beaulieu is an excellent day out for all the family (and not just petrolheads!), with the Palace House (I am yet to get inside... maybe next time!), the Palace House Gardens and the Abbey.

Set in the beautiful New Forest, even the journey there is quite pleasant. One note of caution, there are horses and cattle roaming free in the New Forest, that even includes on the roads, so please proceed with extreme care and do not be tempted to rush!

Accessibility is very good indeed, with mobility scooters available to hire free of charge (pre-booking advised); if you are less able, then there are some things you may not be able to do such as the mono-rail, but to be fair these are few in number.
