Near to Goudhurst Kent,its owned and run by the Forestry Commission. Its a good place to see how big that "dwarf" conifer is gonna get, most of the trees are labeled and have information about them. I think a new car park and visitors centre open in the spring.
Very nice place Pete. We have Westonbirt not too far from where we are. I just love trees, so peaceful, yet commanding..!
Yes I tend to like semi wild woodland, I like formal gardens as well, but I do prefere a more natural look. Never go near a "Keep off the grass" sign. :D
