    Hi all,

Hope you don't mind a quick question as found your forum and I'm in awe of the bee related knowledge on show :)

I have a tiny garden, and have had a Lavatera Barnsley Baby planted for the last couple of years. Its grown massive, but I have found that although everywhere says Lavatera is really good for bees, they're not fond of the Barnsley Baby despite the fact it looks coated in pollen. I'm thinking about replacing it for another Lavatera (the long flowering season is good) and wondered if anyone could suggest a variety which they've found the bees do like? Or a replacement plant option if not? I do seem to have very fussy bumble bees - although they're supposed to like lavender they didn't touch my lavender melissa either :)

    Thanks!
    Ashling
