            Yes, it's been tough with the wind today. I did around 400miles or so in a little car that just got blown all over the motorway. Not a good feeling. I'll be glad of sleep tonight.

              Thankfully, I was unaffected by the wind today - however, I did have plenty of IT issues that led me a merry dance for a while, so I can fully sympathise with the tired feelings.

                  i had the EEG on tuesday so i have to wait now two weeks for the results, but on the plus side now i seem to be over the worst of the MD attack (for now) just still getting the mirgraines but the new tablets are knocking them on the head quite quickly so that good too, should be back in work once the results are back in

                    Back to doc on Monday - so far, the amitriptyline has been a godsend but I think the dose needs tweaking a wee bit yet; been a couple of really rough days though - pulled a muscle or something on my left side (felt something 'pop' when I turned round to put my jacket on yesterday morning) which has left me with pain pretty much over my kidney area.

                    I was due to work this weekend again, but I have knocked it back so that I can have a couple of days just loafing about and having hot baths to see if I can't straighten myself out.
