Black-White Spots under Leaves - Help!

    Help! Many plant leaves show black dots surrounded by white fur. What is it? The leaves die and fall down. Also, how to fight this pest? Thanks.

    Hi Sven, it looks fungal, thats all I can think of.

    So can you spray with a common plant fungicide that's in normal use over there.

    Its not easy as you have very different pests and diseases to our normal ones here.:)

    It happens with the Capsicum (chili pepper).
