bodnant gardens

    Picture this---Saturday off---sun shining---England playing at 2pm. So up we get nice and early pack picnic and off. 30mins later we arrive 9.50am.garden opens 10am straight in to do the tour, what a lovely garden! just made the laburnum arch late flowering this year. Next the East garden, the front lawn,the lily terrace down to the dell.then on to the waterfall Fantastic garden then it happened 145ft trees here and there wow! In the middle of this wonderful woods 3 tree ferns :confused: (the i,ve got them so better plant them). In there own place not in a 200yr old woods. anyway had picnic back home 1.50pm Kick off 200pm Good day off.

    We go to Bodnant Gardens about once a month from when they first open till the end of the season. There is always something to see.
