This Evening My Wife asked me if i wanted some Diet Lasagne for my Evening Meal :(
I Told Her there was a piece of Boiled Ham in the fridge and i would help Myself to that:)
as i had Boiled Ham Last Evening i had a plunder around the fridge to make the Ham a bit more interesting ,this is what i made up, and it was great :D.
I sliced the boiled ham quite thin made a bed of it on the plate.
Sprinkled Tesco's honey and mustard dressing over the ham.
then spread Marks and Spencer's Dijon Mustard over the ham.
then sprinkled Grated Cathedral City mature Cheese over the top.
i covered it with cling film leaving the boiled ham to marinate with the ingredients for about an hour. as i said i had the same boiled ham last evening and with these ingredients it made the ham much, much, more softer it just melted in my mouth, GREAT STUFF:D.

    Hmm..

I had a bag of crisps..

    Joking apart..

We go shopping in Waitrose every Saturday, my wife picks up a couple of copies of their weekly magazine which we read over a coffee in their cafeteria. Each week there's a Delia Smith recipe. I get the usual "Do you fancy this meal? So after the coffee we finish our shopping and she gets the ingredients, which are always positioned together.
Trouble is, we're at least "two weeks behind with the meals" as the stuff is still in the fridge/freezer.

I like boiled ham too Music, but I wouldn't spread all the stuff on it.
It is good with cheese so I like it with
Cabbage baked in a cheese sauce, and since the oven is on anyway, some roast potatoes. YUM!!
