    Evening all.

I've finally pulled out the old sprout plants. They produced an excellent floral display, then lots of pods, but finally got too straggly and ugly so I decided to reclaim the space they were occupying.

I know the pods (and seeds) are edible, but I'm wondering if it is one of those things were moderation is required or there are 'contra-indications' due to high levels of anything potent.

I want to use the pods in stir fries etc but don't want any of us to grow anything extra, commune with our spiritual ancestors, or develop any unusual powers etc.
