Busy day in the garden

Had a great day re potting and sowing seeds.

Mainly winter veg seeds and Rhubarb and some annuals.











The toms will go back in to the greenhouse for a few more nights,

 

nice one Lad, none of my Rhubarb germinated, which is odd, as the last packet gave 100% germination.

Got nearly all of my tomatoes out now. The Taminas and the Money Makers are flowering.

 

I keep my Rhubarb seed in the fridge for two weeks.
Then sow and never had any problems.

 

I sowed rhubarb seeds last year in Italy, it was hot most days and I just sowed them outside in small pots on my terrace and kept them out of full sun, i didn't put them in the fridge, i got 100% germination and they grew really well.
I haven't tried to do them by seed here, too impatient, I just got a piece of my mam's established plant and potted that up today.
