    Hi all,

I recently purchased some Cassia seeds of which I bought two species - Cassia Moschata and Cassia Javanica. The only problem I have is that the website I bought them from does not provide any germination instructions. It looks like the seeds may require some sort of scarification and soak in order to germinate since they belong to the same genus as Gleditsia Triacanthos and Robinia Pseudoacacia, but I am at a loss on what I should do to guarantee a successful germination yield. Can anyone help? Thanks! :)

Pre-soak the seed and then sow in a temperature of 18-21 deg C.

Thanks! So no need to scarify? :)

Often helps if you chip the seed coating before soakinģ then sow immediately you see them start to swell.
A small nail file or similar also works but don't damage the actual seed in side.

Hey all, just a little update! Both sets of seeds have now germinated (they started to germinate about a week ago) and are looking quite healthy. Thanks for the help! :)
