    Hi everyone,

I’ve just moved into a new house and the garden is nice (with the exception of the lawn). I have never really done any gardening except planting in pots so I want this to be my little project but first I need to identify something.. any ideas what this is/was? Is it dead?!

    Many thanks x

    Welcome to the forums.
    1. Looks like Cornus...common name dogwood.
    Maybe you can save it.
Make sure it stays well watered.
last 3 months have been very dry.
