    Well I am assuming it is a shrub, it reminds me of a Chokeberry, but not sure looking at your fruits...

    I would go for an Alder Buckthorn (Rhamnus frangula), the berries do appear a bit sparse on those rather than in bunches :dbgrtmb:

    I stand corrected Bilbo, (and Trunky), it does look like R. frangula. Not a shrub I know.
