Can I eat it ?

So - got a packet of free carrot seeds with the paper a while ago, chucked them in a pot along with the leftover bits of compost & didnt expect much.

Carrots have done well - I may even get something worth eating ! but I notice this evening I have a couple of mushrooms come up too (along with lupins, & what looks suspiciously like a foxglove) - Im guessing they have come from the cheap compost which was quite woody, so some sort of Milk Cap ? Can I eat them ? and if I do will they kill me ?

 

Can't tell just from the pic but never eat mushrooms without being 100% sure of the id.
