I thought Enchanters Nightshade due to the spindly flower stems, but the leaves look too elongated.

        2. Ground Ivy

        3. Garlic Mustard AKA Jack by the Hedge?

Both those could be checked by crushing and smelling leaves.

        Thanks all for your answers.

        1.
@Silver surfer that's definitely correct for No. 1

@JWK I know Willowherb quite well as we get it all over the garden, but it's not that

        2.
@KFF not Malva (have plenty of that too) as Malva leaves have deeper indentations around the rim

@Scrungee not ground ivy as the leaves grow on runners and these grow on individual stems - but Garlic mustard looks closer for No. 2. I'll crush some leaves.

        3.
@Silver surfer I don't think it's either Lamium or Stachys (got lots of those as well :rolleyespink:) but I'll leave some to grow taller and see what happens.

        3. Definitely not Lamium.
        Definitely Lamiaceae...note the square stems.

I know this blinking plant ...but cannot think of the name...so frustrating when brain won't co operate!
See wiki for mega long list of the many plants in Lamiaceae..
