    Hi there

I am trying to grow my first carrots in a container. After seeding almost 3 weeks ago I e noticed that the lower part of carrot stems seem rather brown. I'm not sure if this is normal or maybe I've done something wrong. Can anyone confirm?

    See attached picture.

Dont think I would be bothered by that, as long as they continue to grow.
