Cascabel chilli peppers

Has anyone tried to grow these?

I have got some seeds and I have found conflicting information.

I have grown them in the past but now grow various other chillis, this year I am growing Numex twilight, Papecchia, Anaheim, Pasilla bajio. I found Cascabel to be more smokey flavour than hot, other half did not care for them but I thought they were good.
I grow quite mild ones. Here is a web site that gives good growing info
P.S. get them started now as they take a long time to mature
