    Hi all

My chilli and pepper plants are currently in my greenhouse (plastic one) with the door permantly open now

they are flowering like troopers (though I must pot out my pepper plants tonight *reminds self*) but is there anything I can do to aid pollination?

How old are yours? Mine seem to be doing very little, no sign of growing since I put them into pots, and certainly no sign of flowers.

Mine are only just starting to flower, but there are plenty of them. A problem I do have is that some of them are pretty well covered in greenfly - any ideas how to get rid of them?

Spray them Will, If you dont like chemicals try some of those more enviromentally friendly types there are around these days, one way or another you've got to get rid of them.

I think it was Bayleaf who suggested spraying coffee, it worked a treat on my peas.

Hooray, I think I ought to post my worries more often, something might happen!! My chillis have doubled in size practically overnight - don't know why, just watered them as usual, gave them the usual pep talk, and said goodnight! Now, let's see if we get some flowers... :D

    Hi Aqua,
Planted my first pepper plant this year in my greenhouse in a 12 inch pot surrounded by four marigold plant's, apparently aphids hate marigold plant's, did'nt hold out much hope but there it is today a little pepper, and a few more flower bud's, They like to be kept moist but not soaked,

    Kind regards Sallyann.
