Hi all, I am looking at buying a cordless tiller and just wondered if anyone had any experience with them.I have 8 beds 4ft by 16ft and operate a no dig system so I am only looking for something to work in manure (6x) and fertiliser and keep the surface free of weeds. Any experiences or opinions would be very welcome. I thank you in anticipation.

Sorry no experience of tiller but i would have thought about a culivator as cultivator serves to mix up soil that is already loose and stir in compost or fertiliser so that it is ready for planting

With "no dig" it's better to spread your compost on top and let the worms do the work. If you disturb the surface with a tiller it will bring up dormant weed seeds and make things worse.
