Cows milk

I agree with Jiffy. Everything in moderation. And there are certain foods that just couple wonderful together, a glass of cold milk and a fresh chocolate chip cookie is so satisfying. But milk everyday, nope, instead a glass of wine everyday, yep.

There is always talk about "everything" sooner or later that is "not" good for you. I just laugh and do as I wish in moderation.

 

I get a pint of Jersey full cream gold top, which I drink each day
(you know the one where the cream seperates to the top, like milk used to be)
Then ordinary full cream milk for cereals tea and coffee

You could of course buy some lime wash add half a gallon of water and call it purple top full skimmed milk
