hello again, it is so nice to have other gardeners to help solve my problems. This time in my new garden it is Cranesbill, I have thousands growing everywhere, especially in the lawn. How do I get rid of this plant and leave some grass behind. The roots on the ones I have dug up are about 15inches long so it has been growing for a long time. Help, help

Carol, I would think that normal mowing of the lawn would kill them eventually. If not try one of those feed and weed lawn fertilizers you can get, but dont use it if the weathers dry, or you could water it well in, if you dont have a hosepipe ban that is. [IMG]
