    I noticed this young Acer (about two years old) has split in two at the base. The left side looks healthy but the right side is dying and all the new young leaves have shrivelled up. Any suggestions please?

      Hi scrape the old bark off bark on both the inside of the stem and then tie together it should heal fine ...
