Dangling from a rope at 130 feet!

Firstly, if this is against the forum rules, I apologise in advance and I'll delete immediately.

This Sunday I'll be travelling down to London to complete an abseil down the towers of Battersea power station in aid of CLIC Sargent who are a charity who support children and young adults living with Cancer.
